As if you had to ask. Tomorrow is tax day for god’s sake, so don’t think for a moment the stress doesn’t get to us…notice the exclusion of shaved Parmesan, cream cheese and cottage cheese. Try to understand.


Altogether an improvement over last year’s pre-tax binge, so following the steps as outlined in the book DOES help! Remember to do the affirmations daily (see Chapter 18) and chart your progress here. Nothing will change unless we UNITE!
