Lest you think our country lacks any holiday worth truly celebrating, remember that April is NATIONAL GRILLED CHEESE MONTH.
So you already knew. Ok, fine. But did you know that in honor of such, Clementine chef and owner Annie Milar is gonna be serving up a different grilled cheese sandwich EVERY DAY?!
Yup, five different oozing good choices this week, and another five next week up through April 30, with a weekly special created by guest chefs such as Suzanne Goin (of A.O.C. and Lucques) and Nancy Silverton (Mozza, La Brea Bakery, Campanile).
